Earn 10% referral commission for work referred to me that turns into a completed job. Refer residential exterior and interior painting projects, handyman and home improvement projects to me. If I win and complete the job you earn a 10% referral commission. Jobs can range anywhere from $300 to $10,000, so commissions can add up. I typically close on two thirds of the estimates that I give. My estimates are generally in the middle range because I do professional work and have 5 star reviews and good references. I concentrate mainly on painting but also do handyman and home improvement work, but there are a few things that I do not do. I do not do carpet, HVAC, major plumbing or electrical, very high work or generally work that requires more than me. I generally work alone but can get a helper if the situation requires. There may be some other jobs that I do not do as well.

Referral Program Rules:

• 10% commission per job
• 1 day minimum job size
• My service area is within 40 minutes of Fayetteville, AR
• Only jobs I actually get and complete earn a commission
• For larger jobs, commission is paid in thirds throughout job completion
• $1,999 maximum commission per year
• Referral commissions paid through cash, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Subject to change
• Referral commission paid after I get paid for job
